Patient Choice

All patients in Cannock Chase have the right to choose, in most cases, which hospital or service you go to for physical and mental health conditions. This includes NHS and private hospitals which operate under an NHS contract. You can also choose which clinical team led by a consultant or named healthcare professional you see. This is a legal right for patients and is part of the NHS Constitution. For more information please see: www.nhs.uk/patientchoice

As well as consultant led care, you can now choose which provider you see for a number of smaller community based services in Cannock Chase.
